The botanical subject of this artwork may be complex, but not its story.
This subject was created specifically for the IDSBA 2023 calendar. I obtained this pineapple fruit from the local market. This fruit is unique in its growth, as it is concentrated at one point, emerging from the leaf axil, and mature fruit produces new shoots at its crown-shaped tip. Pineapple is also my favorite fruit.
